How long does production take?
All gear is made to order. Current production time is 2–4 weeks before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I measure my dog?
Measure your dog’s neck using a soft tape. If measuring an existing collar, measure to the base of the buckle, not the part that clicks into the other side (the male connector).

Need a different size?
If you need a size outside of what’s offered, please use our contact form before ordering.

Can I request custom changes?
Yes. Use the Build & Design Notes box or contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Salt water care:
If your collar is exposed to salt water, rinse it with fresh water and allow it to fully dry. This helps preserve the hardware and extends the life of your gear.

Can I return a custom order?
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns on custom gear. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I care for my gear?
Wipe clean as needed and store dry. Designed to hold up to everyday use.
