How long does production take?
Every item is handmade to order. Our current production time is approximately 2–4 weeks before your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How do I measure my dog?
Measure your dog's neck using a soft measuring tape. If measuring an existing collar, measure to the base of the buckle, not the part that clicks into the other side (the male connector). If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help.
Need a different size?
If you need a size that isn't listed, please contact us before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate custom sizing whenever possible.
Can I request custom changes?
Yes. Use the Build & Design Notes box when placing your order, or contact us before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
How should I care for my gear?
Wipe clean as needed and store dry when not in use. If your gear is exposed to salt water, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and allow it to air dry completely. This helps preserve the hardware and extend the life of your gear.
Can I return a custom order?
Because every item is handmade to order, all custom gear is considered final sale. If your order arrives damaged or we've made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Shop Policies
Handmade Products
Every Supreme K9 product is individually handmade to order. Because of this, slight variations in measurements (approximately ±¼"), stitching, hardware placement, and overall appearance are a normal part of the handmade process. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Product Colors
We make every effort to accurately represent our products in our photos. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual device displays. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the finished product.
Embroidery & Personalization
Because every collar is made to order, embroidery size, spacing, and placement may vary slightly depending on the collar size and the length of your requested text. Each design is adjusted by hand to achieve the best overall appearance, balance, and readability.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when ordering. Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, we're happy to help before your purchase.
Product Safety
Our collars, leashes, and accessories are built for durability, but no dog gear is indestructible. Owners should regularly inspect all products for signs of wear and discontinue use if any damage is found. Always use gear that is appropriate for your dog's size, strength, and activity level. Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing a collar that could become caught on objects.
